A Virtual Based Tutorial For New Nursing Professionals
This research study presents the implementation of a virtual tutorial system for new Nursing professionals during their work placements, which is positively evaluated by the participants in terms of motivation, academic support, etc. Following this pilot experience, one can highlight the need and importance of continuing with the program so that it continues to respond to their needs in terms of student help and support. Similarly, the initiative aims to serve as a starting point for institutionalizing a virtualprogram of work placements for new nursing professionals, i.e. within the context of public health professionals.
